





















































































































































Hannah Oyebanjo (MCIM, M.CIoD, MNIMN, FISMN, frpa), is the Managing Director at Redwood Consulting and the CEO Nigeria, the Republicom Group, an Integrated Marketing Communications group.
She is the Lead Faculty at Redwood Academy, and the Principal Partner at Hannah & Associates Ltd, drivers of Executive Diamonds Ladies Weekend Out and Silver Liners, both events focused on preparing more C Suite ladies and younger ones for more corporate roles and responsibilities.
Hannah is a respected marketing expert with strong pedigree. She was Marketing Director, Colgate Palmolive Nigeria, and also Marketing Director of GlaxoSmithKline, a multinational Pharmaceutical and Health Care Company alongside other leadership roles in Advertising, Public Relations, Sales and Brand Management for about three decades. As a marketing and communication expert, she is awarded for launching many brands, reversed decline market shares and grown many multinational and local brands. She has added value to various industry groups, helping to raise the standard in Nigeria, for example, she was a member of Advertising Standards Panel (ASP), a sub-committee of APCON responsible for approvals of all communication materials for seven years.
Hannah is a registered member of many industry bodies like ARCON (Advertising Council), NIMN (Marketing Institute), NIPR (Public Relations), ADVAN, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM- Formerly) U.K, Advertisers Association of Nigeria, Marketing Association of South Africa MASA, Entrepreneur Organization (2017), the Institute of Strategic Studies and the Institute of Directors.
Hannah has served in a leadership capacity in some (APCON, ADVAN, E.O, NIM). She also served as a member of the MSME Review Committee of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce.
Hannah is a faculty for Marketing and Entrepreneurship: CEIBS (China Europe International Business School). She is a member and a faculty as well for the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD). She has been a marketing faculty with Lagos Business School LBS, NECA, Chartered Institute of Marketing, Alphabet Media Academy, trained for WIMBIZ, FATE Foundation, and for Private and Public sectors across Nigeria.
Hannah is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and the University of Cape Town; she is also a member of some Mentoring groups, such as the LBS Alumni program, where she spends time grooming younger generations of professionals. A member of The John Maxwell Team, a conference Speaker, an Author, and a Trainer.
Hannah was inducted as a fellow of the advertising profession in Nigeria in 2022 by the Advertising Regulators Council of Nigeria (ARCON) in recognition of her contributions towards developing and advancing the practice of advertising and the integrated marketing communications ecosystem in general.
Hannah was conferred with Marketing icon Award by the Nigerian Marketing Awards and the WIMCA (Women in Marketing and Communications): Lifetime Achievement Award, in 2025. She is an honorary fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria, and was conferred with a Marketing World Honor and Clients (Advertisers) Association of Nigeria Awards in 2011.
Hannah has authored some books and published three – Predictable Future, Careerpreneur and Predictable Career (God in the Market Place).
She currently sits on the boards of Fidson Healthcare Plc, UFarm Africa Ltd, Risk Analyst Insurance Brokers, etc.
Hannah loves to impact lives – she is a mentor to many including LBS EMBA Students and is the founder of Predictable Future Foundation (A girl-child educational NGO committed to provision of basic needs for the girl-child and teaching of character).
With over 25 years experience across across the insurance and financial services sectors in Nigeria, Dr Joyce is a respected insurance executive, entrepreneur, and academic. She currently serves as Vice President, Client Experience at Flawless Insurance Brokers, where she oversees strategic client relations and service excellence.
From 2020 to 2024, she led African Alliance Insurance PLC as Managing Director/CEO, driving major organizational reforms, digital transformation, and financial stabilization during a challenging industry era.
She is a PhD holder in Entrepreneurship and a two-time graduate of the University of Lagos in Insurance and Risk Management, a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and an Associate of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.
She has held leadership roles in several industry bodies including the Professional Insurance Ladies Association (PILA), the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), and the African Insurance Organisation (AIO), where she championed initiatives that promoted women in insurance across Africa.
She serves on the boards of Sopray Property Ltd, Sapphire Virtual Network Ltd, and Flawless Essence Nigeria Ltd.
Dr. Joyce Ojemudia is also the founder of the Joyce Ojemudia Foundation, which supports families dealing with infertility and infant health challenges. She is also the convener of the Baby Bundle Summit, a quarterly program that ministers hope to couples trusting God in their waiting season for children. Her work has earned numerous honors including Insurance Personality of the Year, United Nations Positive Livelihood and Awards Centre and Top 100 Ladies in Africa by the African Insurance Women Association.
Josephine Sarouk is the Managing Director, Bayobab Nigeria an MTN Group company (formerly MTN Global Connect, Nigeria). She is a seasoned and accomplished business leader, with over 18 years of experience, demonstrating excellence in strategic and tactical leadership roles at various technology companies in the UK.
Upon joining MTN in 2009, as Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts, she successfully developed high-value, high-margin enterprise service offerings based on MTN’s fixed network assets, which drove growth and increased penetration for MTN Business in Nigeria’s corporate ICT, digital, and wholesale markets.
She became General Manager, Regional Operations Lagos and South-West in 2017, successfully growing market and value share, drove sales volume through product and service availability at all customer touchpoints, identified strategic market opportunities, developed, and executed initiatives that drove sustainable business growth across the region.
In 2023, she took on the role of Managing Director of Bayobab Nigeria, focusing on developing and executing the company’s business
strategies and overseeing its operations, were she has created great impact: Bayobab has obtained a National Long-Distance Operator License in Nigeria, fiberizing data centres across the country, amongst other milestones.
She is a John Maxwell Certified coach and speaker, University of West
London and Harvard GMP alumni, and a 2024 Woman in Telecoms awardee at the World’s Communication Awards in the UK powered by Total Telecoms.
She is dedicated to advancing women’s growth in corporate and women-led
businesses, actively contributing to the Membership and Partnerships
Committee as a member of the Women In Successful Careers (WISCAR). In 2019
she received an award of recognition from the Predictable future foundation in recognition of her support towards the girl child education.
Josephine is a coach and mentor, she runs a podcast, Whatnext by Josephine Sarouk, where she shares practical advice and tools to help listeners navigate their personal and professional journey towards self-actualization.
Adedoyin is a Certified Process Practitioner and an ISO 9001: 2015 Auditor. She has over two decades of client-specific experience with core skills in Business Restructuring, Project Management, Finance/Accounting, Risk Management, Internal Audit/Control, Supply chain optimisation, Project/Corporate Finance, Privatisation and Valuation, with a proven record of success in Strategy Development, Operational efficiency, Cost management, Business Analysis, Performance Management, Leadership development and Change Management.
Prior to joining PwC, Adedoyin was the Head of the Leasing Unit in a leading Leasing Company where she was charged with developing and delivering business development strategies, managing the operations team and company’s risk portfolio. She also worked as the CFO for a Venture Capital Company on a secondment basis. Her previous work experience also includes Organisation and HR development roles in a Human Resource Consulting firm.
Adedoyin is the Lead Advisor in Rhodes (Rhodes Peters Limited), serves on the board of CosmoFarmers Limited, is an Independent Non-executive director of Livingtrust Mortgage Bank Plc. She also occupies a leadership in a number of not-for- profit organisations including Living Kindhearts foundation.
Adedoyin Amosun holds a BSc in Zoology from the University of Jos, Nigeria and a Postgraduate certificate in Supply chain management and Logistics from the University of London. She is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (Advanced Management Programme),a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria as well as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors of Nigeria.
